The pride of Hotel Villa Franz, the kitchen and restaurant are run and staffed entirely by the hotel’s owners. Our home cooking is as varied as it is delicious, offering a range of national and international dishes, and local specialities such as “coniglio all’ischitana” (Ischian rabbit), as well as our fresh home-made pasta and breakfast delicacies.

On request and at no extra cost we will be pleased to prepare vegetarian dishes as well as meals for those of our guests who may have allergies to certain types of food. This is all complemented by our adjacent bar and the large breakfast terrace, where our guests can take their time in the morning over coffee, tea and our home-made cakes and marmalades, or simply taking in the extraordinary beauty of Ischia’s southern seascape.
